CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL deposits are Non- Refundable. Cancellations or reschedules must be done 24 hours BEFORE your appointment date. Any appointments rescheduled after the 24 hours will lose their deposit and will need a new one to book again. All same day cancellations and all no call no shows will lose their deposit and will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked from their card on file.
